    • The nearest available warehouse to reduce delivery time

  • Free curbside shipping is included on most products
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Remote or limited-access locations
    • Lift-gate service
    • Threshold or white glove delivery
    • Oversized or specialty items
  • If additional charges apply:
    • Garage Lifts Direct will contact you before processing your order

5. Delivery Timeframes

    • 5–8 business days after shipment
  • Some products (especially smaller parcel items) may arrive sooner:

6. Delivery Appointments (Freight Orders)

    • Be available at the scheduled time
    • Ensure delivery access is adequate

7. Unloading Requirements

  • Customer is responsible for unloading all freight shipments
  • Depending on the product, you may need:
    • Forklift
    • Rollback
    • Lift-gate service (if arranged in advance)
  • Carriers:
    • Deliver curbside only
    • Do not assist with unloading or placement

8. Inspection Upon Delivery (Critical)

  • Inspect all shipments at the time of delivery
  • If damage is present:
    • Note on delivery receipt:
      • “Damaged” or “Possible missing items”
    • Take photos immediately
  • Important:
    • Signing without notes confirms shipment was received in good condition
    • Failure to report damage at delivery may result in:
      • Denied claims
      • Customer responsibility for replacement

9. Tracking & Shipment Updates

  • Tracking information is provided:
    • Within 24–48 hours after shipment
  • If tracking is not received within 6 business days, contact support

  • Ships FOB Origin
    • Ownership transfers once product leaves the warehouse
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Filing freight damage claims directly with the carrier
  • Garage Lifts Direct / Katool are not responsible for:
    • Freight damage after shipment
    • Unloading costs

Torin

  • Ships via parcel or freight depending on product
  • Typical delivery timeframe:
    • 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Remote delivery locations
    • Special handling requirements

Tuxedo

  • Ships from a regional warehouse network for faster delivery
  • Some orders may ship:
    • Same-day from select warehouses
  • Customer must:
    • Be ready to unload within the carrier’s delivery window
    • Provide appropriate unloading equipment for large items

Atlas Auto Equipment

  • Ships via standard freight carriers
  • Customer must:
    • Ensure adequate delivery access
    • Inspect shipment prior to installation

Ceiling Sam

  • Typically ships via:
    • Parcel or light freight depending on product size
  • Orders typically:
    • Ship within 3–5 business days
    • Deliver within 3–7 business days after shipment
